Lying incompetent staff working for a bad service

I regrettably decided to take on a 8ta contract to make use of their "nominate a land line number for unlimited talk time" promotion, and as always, TELKOM delivered and lived up to their bad name. I went though the process of nominating a land line number and even have voice recordings where Telkom confirms that the number i chose has successfully been accepted and i would not be billed for any calls less than an hour to that line. Well, again, Telkom lived up to their name and I realized that they were charging me for the calls even though all the calls were less than an hour. I called and after being placed on hold for ages each time i was sent from pillar to post. The "friendly assistants" one of them being Bonelo, confirmed that she can see on the system that I was correct and confirmed that the fault was on Telkoms side. She referred to Uradesh but still no luck in sorting my bills out. After 6 months, Telkom stills owes me over R600 in wrong billings but they keep giving me the run around every time i call. I have lost more then just the bills with all the time wasted on their incompetence. Best is, my contract is up for renewal, i get 2 calls a day from them asking to renew
