CANNOT CANCEL MY TELKOM BUSINESS LINE

I called 10210 to cancel my business line, I was then told the correct number to call is 10217. After calling 10217 and going through all the channels, I eventually get through only to be told to redial and chose option 1, then option 5. This wasn't correct (option is for new services). So I called 10217 again, now Keiso tells me there is not a number to call to cancel a business line.
Please, I have wasted 2 hours of my day with call centre agents who clearly have no idea what is going on. I just need to cancel my line.
