I upgarded my phone in June and I have been incorrectly billed since then. I contacted 808 and I was told that the amounts will be reversed (email on hand) however my account is overdue since the credit was not processed. BIS was confirmed cancelled in July, however i got charged for it in August. I have various reference numbers and to date my account has not been adjusted accordingly. I was told that the contract offered free 30 minutes MTN to MTN calls, 200 SMS, R200 airtime & 200MB data for R399. I was told that I will use the free offerings 1st, then airtime and then incur extra charges once my airtime is depleted, however that is not the case since July. Now I'm told that I have to finish my airtime before using the free offerings and this is confusing. How does it work since I have an open contract? Nobody can give me a concrete answer as the 2 consultants gave me contradicting responses. My ref# 101925368, 10284459, 101927680, 102967680 and 102969938, all these to try and resolve the billing issue on my contract. please investigate and advise accordingly.
