I currently have 2 accounts with Vodacom and I have never had any complaints or problems what so ever with them until now...

My Blackberry Bold 9900 was broken and i took it to sinoville voda shop to be sent in for repairs 2 weeks ago, Today 11/08/2013 I went to collect my phone knowing it is not fixed i wanted to hear what is the problem. Apon my arrival at the desk the receptionist lady was sitting with earphones and eyes closed that was my first problem the second was that she told me that my "battery" of the phone was the reason my phone switches off. So i went to kolonnade shopping centre to buy a new battery from the Vodacom shop and when i inserted this battery the phone still switched on for only a few minutes and then switches off... So my question is, Why must I upgrade next month if Vodacom cant even fix my phone once it is broken... i want a response within 24 hours or I will NOT renew this contract next month.
