I made a complaint to 8ta directly two months ago and I'm still awaiting feedback so much for within 48hrs ha what a joke. Not even a month after that I got double billed for the exact same reason as the previous month, phoned in to complain and make another complaint just to be given a ref number again. Week or so after money deducted the wrong amount, even after the lady over the phone insured me this was not going to happen. Phoned in again rained on a innocent person to be told she is going to mail her manager to phone me directly to sort this out within 24hrs and guess what still no reply from 8ta. I am really tired of this bad service and I want this sorted out NOW! I'm tired of doing someone else`s job just to be cut down. Your response will be amazing and really appreciated.
