I had an outstanding account and my services were suspended which is acceptable. I put through an EFT payment at 10am this morning for the full amount and then phoned Telkom. The lady confirmed my payment and said our landline had been activated again but the data line would take another 2 hours to be activated. It's now 6pm and none of the lines are working. What is going on? Why am I told something is fixed and it is not? Please sort this out immediately.
