8Ta cancelled my voice and data contracts wrongly

After being a customer with 8Ta / Telkom Mobile for 18 months they for some unexplained reason stopped taking money from my account. The last week of July my service was suspended and a call was logged why the money is not being debited out of my account and I paid the outstanding money. My line was activated again the next day.

On the 16th of August my phone showed searching for signal. I called the call centre and I was told all my contracts have been cancelled - not only suspended and they have handed my over to the collection department. I immediately made a payment for the full outstanding amount but was told it would take 7 working days to reinstate my lines. This is a huge problem for me as I sell cars online and as none of my clients can get hold of me it would mean loss of business. I escalated this matter to a team leader Dumisani. He was very helpful but I soon realized he had very limited "power' to get his resolved. He send an mail with a motivation to Telkom Commercial Back Office where only they can re-instate my contract.

I followed up on Friday, he send another 2 mail, I called this morning, he emailed again - still no answer from anyone. I'm very disappointed
