Cut line after arrangements

I phoned in to telkom billing department and made an arrangement to pay only a certain amount on my account and will be paying the rest on the 25th and they still cut my line. This is the second time this has happened the first time no one even made a note on my account. I will def be taking my business elsewhere I recommend that residential users should move from telkom clearly they dont care about their customers
