No Statements, No help from customer service

Good day

I upgraded my contract with MTN last year in November 2012 and to date I have never received any statements from them and I pay my account on a monthly basis even if its not always on the same date but my account is paid but my problem is I sometimes shortpay my account or pay extrra but I'm basically thumb sucking the amount because though I have requested for my statements I don't get them. I belive calls are recorded so anyone can go through those calls and listen to my requests. Last week. I had an oystanding amount of R63 to pay and on Friday I paid R400 via cellphone banking once again paying the outstanding R63 aand thumbsing what was due for the month of August and this morning my account was suspended. I have called the 808 number since 9am this morning and till now adding up all the minutes I have been on hold for 57minutes with no assistance, more than happy to check how long the number 0768922638 has been calling and who assisted me and ul find that no one has. Can someone kindly assist with re activating my account, making sure I receive my statements so I kno what is due to MTN ASAP. Thank u
