1) IF YOUR SO CALLED AUP IS COMING IN TO AFFECT HOW IS IT THAT NO ONE CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS IN TERMS OF LIMITATIONS TO ANY OF THE LINES YOU OFFER
2) NO NOT EVERY ISP IS THROTTLING SO DONT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT IT.

I WOULD LIKE ANSWERS AS TO WHAT THE LIMITATIONS ARE OF YOUR "UNCAPPED" LINES ARE NOT JUST ONE, ALL OF THEM.
