In the first week of July I reported the incident with my phone (puppy incident) to my insurance&only on around the 3/4th July did the courier service collect my damaged phone which was replaced with a loan phone. I was told this would not be a long winded process as blackberry do not like to keep their clients waiting so they just give you a refurbished phone. I called first & can't remember date, but ref for call is (1011990432) & Kwazie told me he would get Koketso to email me the relevant documents so I could pay my excess & we would be on our way, no email followed I thought i'd wait I also have a job to do & do not have time to spend holding, each & every time I call I have to wait from 15 min before someone answers as you can understand its time consuming. I called again on 5 Aug '13 ref:102770079 & Kwazie who anwered the call again decided he would send me the mail that he'd promised Koketso would send the same day I paid my excess & sent through proof of payment. Kokestso then sent me a mail confirming i should have my handset by thursday friday. that time has sinces passed & I'm still waiting! I also asked that a get a call from a manger/subervisor by 12.. and still no cigar!
