From Sad to Glad

I received an sms that my phone repairs would cost mr R2070 after my sisters puppy had had a nice chew on it and my heart stopped when i saw that sms because I was under the impression that my insurance would cover it so when i called the number off the sms to find out what was going on the lady on the other line acted with complete disregard and quite frankly just irritated me so she put me through to 'Kwazie' he was a breath of fresh air, he almost sensed i was at my wits end and he just spoke to me in a claming way and explained that the insurance would cover everything and I would just be liable for my excess.

I am so greatful that I dealt with him, his efforts may have been small but he made my day!!! Thanks KWAZIE YOU ROCK!!!
