No Feedback and Ridiculous waiting time

On the 11/07/2013 I submitted a claim for my HTC One X that was damaged after a fall. Phone was collected from my office on the 16th of July. Since then I have recieved no feedback, I am always having to call and find out what is going on. They then advised me that the phone is in repairs and I will know within 72 hours whether it will be replaced or repaired. After 72 hours, still nothing. Once again I phoned and asked what is going on, they say repair centre is still busy. One week goes by, I have to call again to find out what is happening. They then advise that repairs is waiting on a part and it MIGHT be here by the following week which would be the 5th of August. In the meantime I am sitting without a phone as no loan handset was provided, even after it can be seen that it will be a lengthy process. Surely it would be better to replace the phone or atleast provide a loan handset when it is clear that the client will be waiting for an extended time without a means of communication? I am not on the site to name and shame individuals, I would just like this to be resolved as fast as possible as I feel I have waited long enough.
