Almost a week has passed and still no response to my email which I sent to your email address on your signature!!!

I am still unable to use the line!

What can I do to get assistance???

Good day,

I recently posted a complaint on Hellopeter.com and would like to get morning information about your response.

These are the problems that I face,

Day or night, we cannot use the phone due to a really bad crackling noise.
At times the noise is on our side and not on the other end of the line.
Every time a technician comes out, the problem stops and then starts a day or 2 later.

From your response, calling the line to check if there is any crackling, does not make the problem go away.

If this is something so hard to solve, I suggest the line be disconnected and reconnected at your cost.

This problem has not come about by us interfering with the line, so the problem would be on your side.

If you question how I fit in this picture, I pay for this service which is on my mum's name.

Please let me know what further steps will be taken to resolve this reoccurring problem.
