FAILURE TO RESOLVE PROBLEM ON FAULTY LINE

I logged a call with Telkom's call centre yesterday morning 15/05/2013 for my telephone line having a crackling sound. Reference number 601CRK140513. This morning I received an SMS stating that the problem has been fixed. I picked up the receiver and found that the irritating crackling sound was still on the line. Strange that some at Telkom can close the call as problem resolved when nobody even contacted me to find out whether the line was now o.k. I logged a second call this morning to fix the problem. Reference number 153CRK160513. Till now nobody has contacted me and the problem persists. How long does Telkom expect me to wait. They messed up the first time and I had to log the complaint again. Is that a delaying tactic or what? You are charging me for a service and I pay my account of over R600 a month without fail. If you cannot provide me with a service that is up to standard I can go to your competitor. Just tell me that you don't need me as your customer.
