Paying for a service which I cannot use

After numerous calls to Telkom regarding a very noisy and interrupted line, Telkom has still not gotten to the bottom of this.

Last week I have made my final call to them, informing them that the problem is still not sorted out. I was told that if they were to come out and check the line and if it is not them at fault, there would be a fee involved, which I accepted. A guy then came and tested the line, I'm not too sure what was done, but that afternoon the line worked fine. The day after, the line was back to normal. Only now I'm unable to use the line because of the noise being so bad. I pay for a service which I cannot use.

This problem has being going on for a month and a half and I expect this to be sorted out within 7 days.

If Telkom takes Hellopeter serious, I would like a response to this.
