2 months and 20 days with no phone

Hi,
This is now very frustrating. this is my second complaint. I Took my phone in on the 23rd of May for repairs (HTC ONE X-353426056041965). Up to date I still don't have my phone back. I have been communicating with the Store Manager in Bank City and he has been so kind an constantly providing me with feedback, He also went to the extent of providing me with a loan phone (Nokia N9). However I'm still not satisfied with the level of service I have received from MTN. I'm paying R349 every month for this phone and can't afford to be patient anymore. According to the feedback from the repair centre (Job card ref- cmwic3585384) the phone has been taken to the manufacturer and they are still waiting for parts. I understand that but this has been dragging for two months now and I demand you guys to do something about it. Either you cancel the contract or provide me with another handset or just simply fix my phone.
Very UNSATISFIED MTN CLIENT.
