15 days with no response -executive members?

Good Day Vodacom CEO, i have spoken to the following people (Lerato Mokgatlhe, Sharif Stegman, Miranda just to name a few) i have also send numberous emails to (social media, customer care, vodacom repairs, Jos Carsten and Nadiema all of them have not replied or called me .i have been having an issue with the insurance for the last 15 days i followed all the process but the company seems to be arrogantly ignoring my request, i pay my insurance but when they have to replace the customer care and the insurance side they come with different amounts that i have to pay, i have spend the last 15 days without a working machine because they are all investigating (i dont know what) i have repeated the story many time it looks like no one know how to resolve it or they never came across such incident, the service is just bad when you see the executive employee are not responding, what can we expect from junior staff that deals with customers? like they say the fish rot from the head... everyone in the bsuiness just go on leave and they are investigating.
