Cell C
No Internet connection for Internet contract

We recently took out a 2G data contract with Cell C. After making the purchase and returning home we discovered that there was no Internet connection even though we had full 3G signal. We contacted the technical centre who upon testing the Greenstone Hill area told us that the area was over subscribed and therefore we could not use the Internet! We only purchased the contract for the Internet!
We return to cell c to cancel our contract as they could not offer us the service we paid for, they told us that if we cancel they will charge us for the full 24 months.

This is criminal, cell c admits that they cannot provide us with data but take our money!!
