ADSL speeds are nowhere near what we pay for

Every few weeks, the speed of my ADSL line is so bad, that my cell phone data connection is better. It is then time to lodge a complaint and mysteriously, the speed improves for another 2 weeks.
I believe that the product is either bad, misrepresented, or we are being cheated.

Once again, I am sitting with a [URL Removed] of 0.59MBps and with latency of over 88ms.

We pay a fortune for ADSL and get a service that is so bad it is almost unusable.
Now to log another call with Telkom.
