Double Debit Disorder!!!

I have been a loyal paying customer to Vodacom for the past 8 years with 2 contracts on my name. Not once has Vodacom contacted me or has rewarded me for being a loyal customer. Of recent, I relocated and did not have sufficient funds in my account for my debit order to go through, but, being the loyal customer I am, I made it my duty to contact them in May and make a plan for the payment to go off in June, to which they responded that they will double debit me for Jun / Jul and the next payment will go off in Aug. All done and dusted, then I receive an sms saying my accounts in arrears!!! I call the call centre, again and no one knows what's going on!!! If Vodacom cannot train their staff to do a good job, its not my fault but I certainly don't have money for them to keep on double debiting me!!! If they don't want my business, I will glady change to another service provider!
