Vodacom gives backhand to long term loyal. client

My business has been now a loyal client of vodacom for the past few years. We have been paying our accounts every month and not afew rand but a few thoursand rand. Now we have applied for another broadband contract, but to our amazement because we have once hadn't been able to pay our debit order of a few thousand rand in a few years we are not able to open another contract with them. Our debit ordeer was paid only a few days later, and this was caused by our contractors that paid us a little late. No worries we phoned, made arangement and paid. Now vodacom gives us a backhand and declines our application. What utterly bull is this??? we do not owe any money! our accounts are always paid in full..and this is how vodacom responds! truly thinking about changing a service provider, if this is how they respond to loing faithfull clients.
