I have been a Vodacom customer for close to fifteen years and never missed a single payment. All of a sudden, I receive text messages advising me about my account being in arrears due to an unpaid debit order and having checked with my bank, realised that the debit order was not processed at all and sufficient provision was made thereof. Nothing of the sort has ever happened before and I had to endure the inconvenience of queuing in a bank to make the payment, this after being told by a Vodacom employee that I can make a payment at my nearest Vodashop, which they (Vodashop) had no knowledge of. What makes it all worse is that once again I had to go through slow internet speeds from my two devices. Nice one Vodacom, am in the process of cancelling my two contracts with you, thanks for nothing!
