Vodacom
Vodacom contract very bad service!!!

I have recently taken up a Vodacom contract, Upon my conversation with the the sales agent i notified him that i wanted to keep my old number and he told me it was possible and he would make sure it was done. I received my handset the next day and when i called Vodacom to activate my sim card they told me to go to my nearest Vodashop to do so, i did as i was told and waited 2 hours before i was helped (this was not their fault as que was quite long). I asked the lady at Vodashop before i left if my sim will be active with my old number as well as my contact free minutes, data bundle etc and she said yes it will after 4-5 hours. After this period my sim was active and what ever airtime i had was transferred to my new sim, it however did make me uncertain as the airtime was being used and not my free minutes as well as i was being charged for data, i therefor called Vodacom and was told to go back to Vodashop and they will assist me, They fail to realise that i as well work and i do not have the time to keep running around when Vodacom cannot do their work correctly the first time, i am now paying for a contract as well as airtime. I am very unhappy with the service received.
