I am an existing Mtn customer and had no qualms until I visited the mtn store in Claremont, Cape town and was assisted by Saajidah Gafieldien.on the 19 July I applied for an add on contract which included a samsung tv, to this day and after numerous attempts of trying to contact this consultant, she has made no attempt at any feedback, follow up no response whatsoever. I am 8 months pregnant an it is absolutely ridiculous that I have to go in to the store and queue for up to 30min at a time to get service and I have to follow up myself as she does not respond to email or phonecalls. She is also full of excuses and passes the buck.its disgusting as this girl has done absolutely nothing to assist me and one wonders what mtn is doing with such incompetent staff as she could not even forward relevant documentation to samsung and I am still waiting for the tv to be delivered 2 weeks later-absolutely fuming
