Revolting Service From SA Post Office

Highveld Post Office, Centurion, there was a lady there named Dema who had assisted me when I needed the lock changed on my post box. I have been to the post office twice since Monday 03/06/2013 and nothing has happened since then. I have spoken to the staff every day since that Monday, that is IF AND WHEN they decide to answer the phone, and every time they assured me that they will sort it out. It is now Saturday 08/06/2013 and nothing has happened to date with regards to changing the lock, the last time I spoke to them to complain about the service the person on the other side of the line was rude and unprofessional, and the solution to clear this mess up, according to her, was to file a complaint against the post office, and absolutely NO resolution from her or even an attempt to assist me!

This has been the most pathetic, disgusting and absolutely ridiculous service that I have had to endure in my life!! Your staff are incompetent, entitled and nothing short of useless.
