Absolutely disgusted how disorganised SAA is

I have missed my flight because SAA does not know how to plan. I was on time for my dometic departure (1 hour) however there was a ridiculous queue of people waiting to check in, more than 50% of the desks had no staff in them, clearly whoever was in charge for this weekend has absolutely no planning skills and in my opinion if you are so incompetent in your job then you should not be at the level which you are. Although I profusely told their staff my flight was at 10:20 I was told to just stand in the long queue which obviously resulted in me missing my flight and I am quite sure I was not the only one who was incredibly disappointed and frankly outright upset with how things went this morning. I now have to sit for 3 hours waiting for the next flight which is completely unacceptable as I had arrangements made upon my arrival and now I have been inconvenienced and they are 100% to blame. I really thought SAA was one of the top airlines but I can assure you that my opinion of them has now changed and this experience will be passed on to everyone I know and I will also definitely not fly with this airline again.
