I upgraded my blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy S2 at MTN V&A Waterfront. My Samsung has been giving me undiluted problems and is only 5 months old. I have on numerous attempts one to the MTN store to try and have my phone fixed, however the Samsung rep is never there. I have dealing with a specific consultant (wont mention names) who has been making me empty promises for the last 3 weeks. He is aware of my problem and has done absolutely nothing about it. I have been phoning every week, at least twice a week and I get more pathetic excuses. I cant believe that MTN allows their staff to speak absolute nonsense to their customers instead of providing their clients with a solution. Whats even more concerning is that in the contract I signed - I have the right to a warranty for my phone!!! Pathetic
