Reversal of Airtime into the right numbe

I realise it was my fault as i had typed the incorrect cell number when purchasing Vodacom airtime but surely Vodacom can reverse the airtime into the correct number, how hard can it be to reverse from the incorrect cell 0727409150 to the cell I was surposed to transfer0727489150. I have the proof from the bank.
