An incorrect upgrade was done 19 Aug '13 on my cell nr in Morningside while I live in Cape Town. I contacted MTN immediately, went through the whole process and was told that Phinda from Morningside will reverse all the incorrect charges - upgrade fees, difference in package and reinstate my airtime the way it was before the upgrade. I had /- R 1600 airtime as at 18 Aug '13, was supposed to get another R 200 and 25 sms's on 20 Aug '13 Needless to say, NOTHING has been done! Excuses upon excuses are boring me now. I had to make numerous calls to get back on the correct package!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! As the mistake was not Phinda's fault, he does not really care?!? WAS IT MY FAULT THEN??? I want all credits passed and my airtime / refund on my account done, as I will take this up with the ombudsman. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE ANYMORE - SOMEONE WITH A BRAIN THAT WORKS BETTER GET BACK TO ME TODAY STILL.
