Cell C taking chances to make money

I am having so many problems with Cell C this month, it's not even funny! First they credit my SIM card with double the airtime and on the wrong day too! Then they refuse to reverse it, after 5 calls to request the reversal. They keep saying that there is no airtime to reverse. Now I see on my bank statement, they debited R236.85 on 25th, then R544.16 on 26, then R202.01 on 30th and straight after that, R457. That is a total of R1440.02 for March alone!!! My 2 x contracts in total should only be costing me just over R400 a month. It is useless phoning the call centre cos all they do is log cases or queries and I never receive feedback!!!
