Airtime being tranfered from my phone

Ive been experiancing a problem with my airtime everytime wen i recharge thers a person who tranfere money to his phone i called vodacom and told them the story but was not satisfied by the response i gave them the numbers that takes my airtime they checked and said the mumbers are on forensic investigations and since then am not suppose to recharge thats the best vodacom can do the promised to get back to me in 24hors till today they never did here is the numbers that deduct the money from my cell phone please help me its an urgent i run my business with the cell number and am even thinking to switch to cell c the service is pathetic some agents are help less and already saw other people with the same quirie
