STILL NO CONTACT FROM MTN

This is now my third time complaining about the same thing and still no resolution or customer service from MTN. this is absolutely deplorable service and I am completely disgusted by the response from MTN.
Mantoa replied to my last complaint last Thursday stating the matter has been escalated and should receive feedback about how to proceed with regards to this issue. NO ONE has contacted me. I am still sitting with a Samsung Galaxy S3 just over 6 months old that doesnt read my microSD and MTN unwilling to attend to this issue adequately. How can this issue not been resolved when I raised it with MTN 3 weeks ago and not a thing has been fixed.
MTN is so disjointed and I keep being given the excuse that because I ordered the phone through MTN direct that they can not help. I do not understand this as my contract is with MTN.

Just abhorrent service from MTN with regards to something that surely should be easily remedied.
IF YOU CAN NOT FIX THE PHONE THEN REPLACE IT, and now after two fumbling attempts, surely the technicians seems to be unable to fix the issue.
Awaiting a response, as it seems to be the story with MTN. always waiting
