No resolution, deal expired but no voucher issued

I ordered a groupon approx. 2 months ago for movie tickets but after 2 weeks of having no voucher issued I thought I should pursue the matter. I sent emails and got no response. Finally I called the contact centre and was told that the issue would be escalated and that I could expect a response. A further 2 weeks passed without a response whereby I called again and was once again told the issue would be escalated. No response again. Finally I have been sending emails without response. To add insult to injury the deal has expired a month ago. I frequently use Groupon and have seldom faced an issue like this, however, such treatment towards its customers is certainly making me reevaluate the value of the service.
