Still waiting for my Galaxy S4 smartphone

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone 2 weeks ago (26 April) and I still haven't received it. I have spoken to 5 different people at FNB and the courier company (Digital Planet), but all I am told is that my query will be escalated.
I was told yesterday (Wednesday 8 May) that someone would contact me before the end of the business day to tell me what the issue is. This obviously has not yet happened.
I then asked about it on their Facebook page, where I got a response from RB Jacobs. That response was the same as the others I have received: Sorry about the problem, I will escalate the issue.
I am sick and tired of being told that the issue will be escalated and then absolutely nothing happens.
My annoyance is not helped by the big middle finger that FNB has shown their existing LOYAL clients by giving new clients a better deal on the phone than the existing clients. Why are the loyal people being over like this?

Can someone please just give me my phone and I will stop complaining on every public forum available.
