Hi Veronica

Dispate launching a complain with your organisation on Aug 30 2013 you responded to my complaint on Sept 04 2013 of which you said your management would look into the issue and contact me.

Today is Sept 11 2013 two weeks later and no one has even bothered to call or just send an sms to show that someone is working on my issue. Is surely someone looking at the issue or its just one of those response to get the monkey of your back and life goes on so people can read and have a feeling that yes mtn does respond and solve problems they receive from their customers so let me notify all who care to listen it aint happening no one is really bothered, to image i spent close to R500 on my accounts each month and management cant deal with an issue that would not take 1hour to solve and complete is still a mystery.
So Veronica please notify management that i'm still waiting patiently for now for that call and please can you solve this issue as i have special need for that Galaxy tab. i gave you a reference number in my last response please verify with that correspondence
