I had a contract with Autopage which I have closed and moved to a different service provider on 1 August after the contract had expired, due to their consistently bad service. They then continued to bill me for the month of August (which I expected because I only managed to port the number on the 1st of August) and then also for the month of September because someone never closed the contract on their system even though the number doesn't even belong to Autopage any more. I have raised this issue with the manager at the Menlyn branch who informed me that they have escalated the issue and will sort it out and pay me the money back that they weren't supposed to take for September. It is now 4 days later and I stil haven't received the money and I am still receiving messages from Autopage asking me to come upgrade my contract.
