Shocking Useless Service

My ADSL went dead on the 23rd July due to a Telkom error. I contacted Afrihost last Thursday (1st August) to lodge the complaint.
The first consultant I spoke to said he would just reconnect me and it will be back online in 5 minutes. He did not take the time to even investigate teh issue.
Called back - 3 consultants later, I get hold of Ronaldo who promised to sort it out and get back to me the next day. Next day, Ronaldo didnt get back to me and wasnt at work.
Telkom arrived at my house unannounced on sunday afternoon. No one was home. called Afrihost again yesterday spoke to Phumelo and Ronaldo who assured me they would get telkom to come out today at 4pm. Telkom did not arrive and Ronaldo was not at work again!!!
They are the most useless ineffective company who cannot deliver on their promise which is to liaise with telkom on the customers behalf. The teleconsultants are lazy, useless and in effective in resolving problems.
