Still Absolutely Nothing.. 1 month with no line

This is my second report for Telkom on Hello Peter, as nothing was done concerning my first report, as I sent an email so my complaint could be escalated but nothing...

The day I sent my first HelloPeter report in, I received an SMS saying that my service will come back on, on the 1st of August (my phone and ADSL hasn't been working since the 10th of July when I reported the fault)... Its already a week later, and I still have absolutely no service. How much longer is this going to take?

Its a bit more than 2 days short of being a whole month without any service.
