I took out a contract and since December I have been having major issues with my 3G connection.

I've made numerous calls to MTN to try and find out what the issue could be. On my ipad I cannot connect to any site and if I use a 3G stick linked to the same pin I hardly ever get websites to show.

I took out a 3gig contract which should only have low download speeds after I reach the 3 gigs, but I have never been able to get close to 3gig as I cannot seem to connect. In the last 60 days I managed to use 824mb

I would like to cancel my contract with immediate effect as I'm at the moment loading additional data bundles on my phone to allow me to connect so I can access my study material online. This is totally ridiculous. No one I've spoken to at MTN can assist and when I took out the contract no one informed me that there is basically no reception where I stay in Ruimsig.
