Harasment continuing to crimanal activity

Even after previous requests, and a previous complaint on Hello Peter (https:///mweb/complaints/harasment-1111955). They continue to spam.

Status: MWEB posted a nice little "cover our back" post stating ALL contact details have been removed to the previous complaint. BUT, I still receive regular SMS and emails from them about their inability to provide proper service (the first reason why I cancelled my relationship with MWEB).

The most recent communication was yesterday, an email from [Email Removed] informing me of yet another down time of their infrastructure.

Even after referring them back to their own multiple page contract, requesting to remove any and all contact details filled in the contract, they could not even remove the primary technical contact information from their system. They found all the contact details in the same contract, but I do not see that they have the ability to remove the information in the contract at all.

According to the electronic communication act, opting out is my legal right and they must respect that. Failure to do so is a criminal act, but they fail to comply to something as simple as a basic request.
