Wonderful, Full and Efficient Service

On Friday 14/06/2013 I was interested in the Nokia Lumia 720 Superman promotion. I called through to cellucity at clearwater and the vodacom at cresta. I was unimpressed with how they handled my inquiry over the phone, so I had given up on Vodacom. I decided I would go through to Nashua Mobile who would match the deal for me. On my way there I thought I would pop into the vodacom store. To my delight Amina assisted me, quickly, efficiently and without any hitches. My contract was approved within minutes. I must commend her on maintaining a conversation with me throughout the process and not forgetting about me whilst she processed the application. She was wonderful and an asset to the customer services industry. If vodacom continues to employ staff like her, I will continue to support her. I think she should be commended.
