I want to take this opportunity to thank JUNAID EBRAHIM & BASHIER BALLIM for their outstanding service. I lost my cool recently with FNB for an iPad I ordered and was not delivered as promised. On that very same day, I was contacted by Mr Ebrahim wo calmed me down & said he would look into the matter & get back to me. True to his word, he called and ensured he will personally resolve this matter fo me. Between him and Mr Ballim, I was constantly updated on the progress. Finally, Mr Ballim personally delivered the order. These gentlemen are true "protectors" of the FNB brand.
