My car was damaged in an accident, and Ebrahim assessed the damage. He kindly allowed a new wheel and tyre to be replaced rather than be repaired. He addressed my concern regardimg the matter immediately and spoke to his supervisor. Ebrahim called me back as soon as he had contacted his supervisor. he called at about 7am in the morning that is service.
