CONSTANT CALLS DROPPING and other wonderful things

I joined Cell C in May 2013 on the 235rand a month pay as you go. This entitled me to 100 minutes free minutes anytime anyplace. 100mb data and 100 sms.

Since the start I have had violent problems with my calls dropping regularly if not always after a token 10 seconds of connectivity. This is especially bad when speaking to my family who all recently moved over to cell c.

I have complained since the beginning and even spoken to various supervisors and managers who were nice enough with words on the phone, have failed to follow up or take ownership of solving my problem, time and time again. With the exception of one manager who just failed totally at even pretending to care.

This problem has been compounded by my phone not allowing me to use my available minutes and seems to want me to recharge my account as soon as my available balance goes to 0. This is not possible as it should first use my free minutes... i am only making local calls and there are not supposed to be any restrictions on service provider etc.

About 3 weeks ago i got a few attempts from IT guys to contact me. They sent me a form and i sent it back, i havent heard from them since. So now i'm just stuck.
