You guys r such liars.i stilk dont have my phone and mie if you know whats going.i have to call you and now you guys still have not exchanged my phone n guess what your store in carlton did not rebook it n ur hvrc us more useless they sit with the phone lije n do nothing .your repair center manager is never available and he doesnt even call bACK.Worst thing is that that was only 5 months old n u guts have it now fir 5 months.im so done with you guys n ur useless company so i want my contract cancelled .keep the phone with you lije you doing noe.im not paying you for something i dont have n i hve to be the one giving a. MONDAY THE AGENT I SPOKE TOO WAS RUDE AS AND HE SAID ITS BEEN PICKED UP FROM THE STORE MIND U IT WAS SENT BACK ON THE 9TH OF JAN?!! LIKE TODAY YOU GUYS ARE SENDING UT BACK AGAIN TO BE REBOOKED WHO THE HELK COLKECTS A PHONE WITH NO PAPERWIRK??
