Sick and tired of thes non stop "Blocked" Calls!!!

I am sick and tired of these freaking calls i get from the call centre. I made arrangements withe the people of RCS Game for my payments of R500pm but they just seem to forget about it and call me non stop because i am in arreras. please go after the facts and then you call people. now you go and list me as a slow payer on ITC. so i would lik a response please because if this is the way you work you can get the money i owe you somewhere else!!!
