FNB Loans Department incompetant and slow

I applied for a top up student loan on the 5th Nov 2013 and a lady by the name of Natasha Williams assisted me with the application and requested that I send through the documents for processing, I have sent through the documents more than 3 times already and when ever I call the call Centre for an update I get different story from them, for instance the 1 agent states my app is with credit for final approval and 2 other agents state they still await my documents even though I sent this to them 3 times already, I get no feedback from FNB not even a call to say what is the outcome of my application, the agents have a poor attitude and refuse to assist and when I ask to speak to a manager they refuse to put me through to one saying to me very rudely if there are no documents received how is the manager going to assist me. The people that work in the call centers do not know what they are doing and have no sense of customer urgency, I want a manager from the call center to contact me as I am very upset and will move my business elsewhere today.
