AWAITING PENSION PAYOUT- bottlenecks not sorted

Good day

I resigned at end of august 2013. At first it was a struggle to get HR at the Provincial Hospital in Uitenhage to forward my documents to the regional offices for GEPF in Port elizabeth. Now its a struggle to get consistent answers from call centre agents. I call everyday and everyday I get different responses from the call centre agents. I would call twice on a specific day and low and behold I would get two different answers as if the not working from the same system.

If I call today they will tell me they have done the pre verification process and documents have been linked to the system. When I call the next day the agent will tell me they have not even received my documents yet. Why are these people playing games with me? I am already behind on payments and cannot give my debtors an answer on how long it might take for me to receive my pension pay out. How does these systems work and from who can I get n proper answer as to when I can expect to get my pension paid out to me. PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE!!!
