DISGUSTING PATHETIC SERVICE AGAIN

Standard Bank has yet again left me utterly disgusted and fuming at the level of customer service it provides.

We applied for further loan on our home at the beginning of July. After at least 5 calls to the call centre and numerous attempts to send the documents through via fax and 3 email addresses, I am told today that the application has been cancelled since the 8th of July as the docs were not received. Yet, when my wife called the call centre last week Monday (15th July), she was not told that the application was cancelled and that she could email the documents through to an illegible docs email address. While i can understand that there issues with the outstanding docs, is it your process to cancel applications without advising customers. I am sure that Standard Bank does not care one bit about it's customers!!!

Throughout this entire process Standard Bank never once contacted us, we were always having to contact you - what type of service is this?

It is also so painful whenever we have to deal with Standard Bank, it is far from Simpler, Better Faster.
